Do not expect customer service to be of any help. I spent 3 hours trying to get assistance and each representative I spoke with knew and cared less the other one/ Be prepared to be on your own when you purchase this P.O.S.
it really is more of a hassle than a convenience.
I am completely fed up with their service and I never want to hear of or use it again/ It is a great novice idea but impractical completely and not customer oriented in any way. I spoke with Jody which pretended for over an hour to assist me but did nothing and then was kind enough to disconnect the session.chris was just as useful as Jody they must use foreign help that uses key words such as " Please hold on & I understand (A favorite of MJ) funny that they really don't understand anything not even simple English words .
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $40.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
I didn't like: Customer serivce.
