This company has the worst customer service i have ever dealt with. i signed on and noticed that my device got switched and i never told them to switch devices.
i tried to call them, but they do not do ANYTHING over the phone. i tried to explain what happened on their chat and they blamed me for breaking a TOS which i did not do. when i explained that to them they "disconnected" the chat. i restarted the chat and asked for a manager...
they switched the chat to one of their "top 10% agents as rated by our customers" and i tried to explain the situation to him and he disconnected the chat just like the other person.
DO NOT GET A MAGIC JACK... YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!
