Magic J cut me off because my subscription expired... I asked why did you not let me know, they said they tried?
I paid the subscription and they told me sorry because your're sub expired you have lost your UK minutes. I was ticked off as it was about $15.00 worth , I purchased more and thought all was well....
Well it wasn't I could not make any calls and then they told me my M J plus was too old and had worn out, I bought it two years ago and only use the phone to call the UK which is about two hours a month. Of course they want me to buy a new one
I think I will go somewhere else.
