A work associate is on business in Sweden and tried to call my MagicJack number.A MagicJack message informed him that he could not connect from his location.
So, he had to call my cellphone. MagicJack is working: I can dial it from my cellphone. Did a live chat with MagicJack help. They said that the problem is in Sweden.
But, if the problem was in Sweden, why did he get a MagicJack message informing him of the problem? The "service rep" went silent when I asked that question.
