A work associate is on business in Sweden and tried to call my MagicJack number. A MagicJack message informed him that he could not connect from his location.

So, he had to call my cellphone. MagicJack is working: I can dial it from my cellphone. Did a live chat with MagicJack help. They said that the problem is in Sweden.

But, if the problem was in Sweden, why did he get a MagicJack message informing him of the problem? The "service rep" went silent when I asked that question.

I gave her the link to this website. I have another complaint which is just as frustrating and I'll file it as well.

Monetary Loss: $70.
