I have been trying to change my phone number with Vonage for over a week now and they have refused to release the number.I have contacted Vonage and they indicated MajicJack "needs" my pin or password.

I provided my password and MajicJack has still refused to release the number. I've contacted Customer support twice. The first time they said they would release the number. The second time the CS agent told me she would send (via email) a PIN to use for the authorization.

She said she had already sent it while on the support "call", but after 12 hours I've received nothing.Don't buy or use this product.

Monetary Loss: $50.
