I have owned two original MagicJacks since the time the company started.

I was on auto-renewals until both of my credit cards expired.

Service was good, although you can not use it to send & receive fax, voice quality is not always good.

Now MagicJack claims that both of my accounts are under review (perhaps because the expirations of credit cards).

This maybe understandable, but why wont they let me use a new credit card to renew ..not one but the other account too?

Their chat customer service keeps referring me to an e-mail forthcoming from the main customer service. I have yet to receive an e-mail in reply.

Meanwhile, im stuck with two working magicjacks and no phone service.
