My MagicJack phone is not working properly for the last sixty days and my two year subscription is about up, so I planned to transfer my telephone number to my VOIPO phone setup, then purchase a new magicJack with a new phone number for a fax line.
I have been trying for almost six weeks to get the phone number released to VOIPO but being run around by MJ. Now they want a pin number, so I called the MJ service chat people and after three hours of trying to find such a thing they came back and told me there was no such thing.
Went back to MJ and told them what thier own company said, but the response is "no pin, no number release.
I was all for MJ until this poor, poor service. I am trying to call the FCC about the transfer.
