I returned the magic jack 5 weeks ago and have not received a refund. They have stopped responding to my e-mails. I have no other way to contact them. Does anyone know of a way to contact them? Do you know of any recourse if I do not get my money back?

This kind of practice has taught me not to buy off the internet because even a company that advertised on T.V. can't be trusted.

What kind of a company can get away with this kind of business practice when it was voted product of the year.

I oredered this and cancelled this. They will not recognize I cancelled this.. and charged my bank account!!


Contact the Better Business Bureau and/or your state's attorney general.
