The first few years, the customer service was OK but now it is the worst. My MJ quit working - I kept getting error messages that did not specify any particular error.

Customer service was horrible. I could get no support. The chat people would not respond. The phone people would either try to sell me something I didn't need, lie to me about a refund or that they fixed it and to try it in an hour, one even just hung up when he heard I had a complaint.

In the meantime, I have a device that I am paid up on for nearly another year that doesn't work and an International calling package I've paid for but can't use.

Since these "customer service" reps are on the other side of the globe, they do not give a *** about helping you unless they can sell you something. Horrible company.
