BEWARE. KEEP CALLING MYHOME, THE STORE, ETC. THEY ARE THE WORST SERVICE. EVEN WITH 5 YEARS WARRANTY.
FEEL LIKE FRAUD COMPANY -WAIT OVER ONE MONTH STILL NO FIX WASHER BROKE AFTER 2 MONTHS OF PURCHASE BEWARE SEARS OUTLET/ HOME SERVICE /MY HOME - REPS KEEP CONTINUING TRANSFERING CALL WHEN THEY HEAR COMPLAIN. THEN THEY HUNG UP AFTER OVER 45 MINUTES ON THE PHONE WITH THEM. - COST TOO MUCH TIME AND HASSLE TO DEAL WITH. OVER 30 DAYS OF FRUSTRATION AND STILL NO FIX.
FORCE ME TO ACCEPT ANOTHER SCHEDULE ON THE 23RD. - HAVE TO WAIT OVER 10 DAYS FOR ONE SERVICE APPOINTMENT. - CANCEL SERVICE APPOINTMENT ON THE SAME SCHEDULE DATE. - NOT HONORING TOO MANY PROMISES FOUND OUT THEY ARE ONE STAR RATING ON YELP AND RATING SITES.
