I have tried every possible way I can to reach this company. The live chat feature is a joke!
The number I was assigned, they say, does not exist. My MagicJack never reached its destination, and now I cannot email (all emails returned), and as I said, live chat is a joke!

Incorrect billing
- - Disputes incorrect charge on Bank of America card ending 5131.
- - No MagicJack currently; past service for husband's hearing phone.

Not sure. I don’t like spending most of the day on the phone trying to get the charge off my Bank of America credit card.
Customer service was not helpful. They said to go on line.
I have repeatedly tried to have an incorrect billing on my Bank of America credit card ending in 5131. We do not have magicjack.
Several years ago we did for my husbands hearing phone.
Now the phone must be connected to wifi. Please delete this bill.

I've been a customer of magicJack for several years until this year when I made my payment, but they disconnected my service. When I found out that my number was disconnected, I tried to contact the company but was unable to speak to anybody.
For days I tried through every means they publish on their website with no success. Finally, I tried sending them a letter by mail to their Florida address with the same dead-end result.
A company that steals $49.95.
Pathetic.

- - I've paid for the device and a year of service, but it hasn't arrived yet.
- - There are multiple shippers, please overnight the device before the 17th.
Thats the problem nothing has happened. MJ is blaming the shipper for not sending the device, but there is more than one shipper so your excuse is not valid.
Ive paid for the device and the service for a year now fulfill your end and over night me my device. Im leaving for vacation in the 17th and it would be nice to get it before then its only been a month!

Phone wont work

- - I was sold a renewal on MJ and it failed.
- - The splash screen is the size of a postage stamp and not adjustable; refunds refused; support by email.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I received the transfee port #I needed and went to a different carrier. MJ, in my humble opinion, is just above the outright fraud line.

the splash screen is the size of a postage stamp on my computer and is not adjustable. I cannot click the button for using my phone with MJ. Tech support is only by email and exgftremely sporadic. I asked for my money back and was refused and given a list of things to try.
I did all that and then was asked to do the same thngs again.
MJ is the worst. It is cheap and you are still paying too much not usedo

I finally got my transfer port number from them and went to a different provider
Since I filed a complaint with BBB about MJ, I decided to change carriers. MJ will not tell me what my port transfer number is.
There is only one function that seems to be working with MJ. That is to collect money.
I was a customer for 10 years. I had ups and downs with them, but nothing this bad.
