I was sold a renewal on my MJ. It did not work.

the splash screen is the size of a postage stamp on my computer and is not adjustable. I cannot click the button for using my phone with MJ. Tech support is only by email and exgftremely sporadic. I asked for my money back and was refused and given a list of things to try.

I did all that and then was asked to do the same thngs again.

MJ is the worst. It is cheap and you are still paying too much not usedo

Since I filed a complaint with BBB about MJ, I decided to change carriers. MJ will not tell me what my port transfer number is.

There is only one function that seems to be working with MJ. That is to collect money.

I was a customer for 10 years. I had ups and downs with them, but nothing this bad.

When hooking up magic Jack . I got scammed into buying security it was a scam all the way. I was on the phone all day being scammed by Alex flint

Terrible. Not friendly.

Customer care is useless. They kept transferring me from one place to another with no resolution. I am very upset.

at one time magic jack was the best now sometimes my call doesn't go through caller ID doesn't come through when I am talking noise on the line hard to hear sometimes can't get costumers service

the worst company out there. beware they will never let your number go .

you will not be able to port out your number. there is no customer service and no email support

I am unable to call and receive calls from one of my contacts with area code 804. I did so many attempts, am not to happy about the service.

Please rectify this complaint.,I am able to connect with other contacts. Advise me what to do

I wanted to speak to technical support, but all I got was faq's. They need to have easy access to a live tech support team.

It's okay when it works but if you ever have issues, good luck getting it resolved. Chat doesn't help they send you to another company (Howly.com) that charges you to fix the problem.

Don't think you will ever talk to an actual person. I have been a customer for several years with little issues.

There app is not worth the download.

Matter of fact, it was after I got the app I started having problems. If I wanted my calls to go straight to my cellphone then why would I need a home phone.

I called (3) times, having to listen to all the prompts multiple times. Finally talked to a human in tech support about my being unable to use the device sent to me because the jack connections were too large.

He transferred me to the billing dept, to Jay, who seemed unable to help me so he hung up. What do I do now???

I have paid twice for a years service. Magic Jack confirmed by email that they received my payment.

And still, I get calls in but, cant make calls out. I have tried to renew my phone number but, instead my only option was to pay for a year again.
