I had an old silver mj for 6 yrs and it worked fine even when moved to Win10 computer, After Win10 holiday upgrade it worked no more BUT when I hook it up with an old Vista it works fine. Got service refund but not int'l minutes or unit price.

Had purchased an Express hoping that would help. They just can't get it to work with Win10 on desktop.

no customer service at all, hiding behind chat rooms with ridiculous answers. the first phone company that dont even use their own service , textin b.s solutions and wasting your time. i paid through 2020 and it already not working, no one to talk too for week by now. the monkey had enough connecting and booting the *** device, this ridiculous company must be stopped, i can't believe i actually paid in advance . never had to deal with so much b.s from one company, that don't even have customer service. just billing and sales, once you charged the deal is done as far as it seams.

Sometimes my teenage son does not come home and I would like to know the Ip address of a phone number my son is using and that he calls me from on occasion. All day, till 10pm. this evening 1/2/2016 , I had tried to chat with customer service to register my MJ and get a #. I did everything they told me to do and still nothing is working. I intend to take this Magic Jack GO back to the store and try another company. Why is it so difficult to do the registration? I must have tried at least twenty times and to no avail. It is very disheartening to go out and spend alot of money only to find it is not working right! Pretty hard to have faith in this company.

Ripoff | Magicjack review from Rochester, New York

Magic Jack advertises "Unlimited" calls in the US and Canada. I took out a 5 year subscription. After 1 year the account was cancelled because I violated the user terms and agreement by making too many calls. I was making about 10 per day on average. Customer service told me that their computer determines when the terms have been violated based on the number of calls made and there is nothing than can be done and no one I can talk to. I lost 4 years of service and they refused to refund the unused portion of the contract.......approximately $80. However if I paid AGAIN to signed up AGAIN, everything would go back to normal.

1) i chose to purchase the magic jack device and service because im trying to save money. And theres a 30 day free trial, how bad can it be. 2) I was importing my number from BASIC TALK, also a Viop Phone service provider. 3) Importing the number cost me $10 4) During the import process i tried out the services the offer, the voice mail, call forwarding, confrencing, the CALL LOGS (when not using the magic jack device with a computer which isnt really avail), etc. 5) besides the Magic Jack customer service that sucks beyond the level of BAD---- the services doesnt always work. And it's really complicated to set up, and im talking with the help of customer service. Besides that u cant view your call log normally only if the device is plugged into a computer while placing or receiving the calls.. 6) I requested the cancelation of importing my number from my previous carrier. 7) They still imported the number............ And are CHARGING ME 30$ FEE for EXPORTING MY NUMBER please STAY AWAY from MAGIC JACK.
