Had a MJ+. When renewal came up was enticed into switching to MJ Go, newer upgraded device.

Phone service went into the crapper. Calls went to voicemail at random, sometimes no ring. Clarity was mostly really poor and unaudible. Invisible cust svc.

Only chat available. No help. No phone number to call. Chat service is obviously in a foreign land with employees working off scripts.

How useful is that? Found out that payment is on a per device only basis which means if U want to switch to another device (like I did), U start over, pay again, and lose credit for unused time on previous device.

Really *** system. There's much better out there.
