Customer service have no valid explanation of why a MagicjackGo can not be replaced with MagicjackGo, they insist to replace with MagicjackExpress. I asked what if the new device (MJExpress) gets bad that how it should be replaced, and answer was with MJGo. Go figure this..... They said both devices are the same, but you can not replace a MJGo with MJGo. Anyone has any answer, i ask this to Magicjack Company.
