You might consider upgrading, for free to the new Windows 10. Or, better yet, figure out how to get Windows 7 instead as the new Win 10 seems to be unreliable and filled with intrusive components that spy on you and send data back to Microsoft. In any event, good luck.

With my original purchase I paid for a replacement device if the original quit working. MJ wanted me to pay $24.95 now. I said no because I already paid for the replacement. They finally agreed to give me a unit, but want credit card numbers. I said no. They ended the chat. I verified through chatting that's its the device that doesn't work. They have ripped me off! A new device I pre-paid for, and 4 years of service. I have pages of chat. I've thought about flooding their servers. MajicJack sucks. They are crooks. Here's some of the chat sessions. I don't know if MagicJack is real business. I buy MagicJack in 2014. It is primitive and have very bad phone service. They have not included real customer service. No phone number to call! You need to look where to go, and, if you funded something, you will be "play" with "children" or "someone from street" on the internet line. They can't solve problem or fund solution. When you on call, you will hear noise & beeps. Often, your conversation drops because of bad quality connection, etc. When someone would call to you, you can't hear the caller and loose call. Often, call disconnects. It would be nice to have inexpensive phone service, but, if it would include service... Attention MagicJack owner/owners! Please, find solution. You will have better reputation and more satisfied customers who will support your success!!!

I've had many magicJacks over the years and this year I've made several attempts to use the magicJack cell phone app and have had nothing but problems and you are ONLY! allowed to get it resolved online. However I can never get an actual MJ-TECH, instead I get some way! out sourced customer service person who is reading a prompter and knows little to nothing about the product and after asking for a supervisor; a person by the name of FAYE came online and when I explained this was an ongoing problem and to please! get me a true TECH and she got insulted and discontinued the e-CHAT. So I almost want to NEVER ever deal with this HORRIBLE Customer Service number company, though I have to admit the device does come in handy, and yes does save on phone calls - BUT, you better have TOP! Quality internet speed etc . . .
