Trying all options to contact MagicJack in regard to use a FAX Machine on MagickJack Plus with no luck

I tested the FAX at a friend whom has AT&T VOIP with no issue.

I have not been able to find a phone number and speak to a representative, except renew, pay or purchase services.

Looks like the option is only on line where you get placed on a queue (20+) and after waiting long time reaching queue 1 suddenly they show the chat

“Status: Canceled

There are no agents available to chat with you right now. Please try again later.”

Now you back to square one
