I have to agree that my Magic Jack fell in the category of being almost useless. The audio quality, when it did work, was very poor. However, I must say that I was able to get support with my questions and problems easily ( they couldn't make the unit work sadly), and when I finally did return the unit, my money was refunded promptly, despite the fact that I was somewhat beyond the 30 day window for returns.

So, it was worth the time and effort, just to test run the product, and hopefully they will make improvements soon and I would re-try this product.

If you don't have a fast Internet connection and a fast PC with lots of RAM then MJ can only perform according to your hardware. You should have taken your MJ and try on somebody else's machine with fast Internet connection and PC. You'll be amazed at how well it works instead of on your crappy setup.
