If you want tech support you will have to pray that their server is up and running. I received my equipment over two months after ordering.
It was delivered to an APO address which typically adds 1 week onto regular mail. I tried to get connected to support but it is not accepting the order number provided once you go through all the steps to complete the order. You cannot connect to chat without this going through. I am pigeon holed with this non-functioning piece of equipment.
It keeps referencing an email confirmation which never arrived after 4 + installations.
I verified that I am receiving email and checked added email addresses just to make sure, but none arrived. I have waisted more than 15 hours between ordering and installing with little or no assistance from magic jack or its web sites.
