As Magicjunk oh, MagicJoke er, I mean Magicjack has been constantly a problem,both with the adapter, a new adapter, new wires, plugged both into PC & direct into AC Adapter ,etc. NOW, the MESSAGE SAYS, "If you can surf the net, then our server is down..." This time it has been over 4 days....So, I decide to take one more stab at it before throwing this swill to the trash; I go on "CHAT" & the "Agent" who goes by (a lovely photo,BTW) Andrea Fox is obvioulsy having a bad day;
TWICE, I enter the contact info & she asks for it again? I indicate I have done so with, "whoa; I entered that info twice above..." So, she doesn't punch in
the "courteous" already prepared closing comment,etc; She; Andrea Fox
simply ends the "CHAT" My my; Now. THAT'S NOT good business practice.
This MAGIC JACK Company is due for some better I.T. I'd say....
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $300.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
I didn't like: Andrea fox was extremely unprofessional and downright rude.
