i am very upset with customer support for magic jack.

i have tried all the ways they indicate and have come up with zap. nothing.

i just cant get my magick jack renewed.

spent hour and a halp with live support...

TALKED TO HEIDY AND VIRGIL.-....

ended up saying they would send email to solve problem and 3 days now and still no solution.

how....when and hwere do i find the solution to this problem?????

what should i do????

ohh shoot and now i have to get 100 words to be ab le to post this and probably someone answer me with a solution......this is just nonesense.

the product works great bbut to renew----please someone help me find the solution....i live in honduras

I live in Canada and have had the same conversations with magicjack tech over and over for 4 weeks.A e-mail comes telling me to re enter my card info.

What a crock. and there is no return e-mail contact. I have tried several different cards. No luck.

It is just a way to keep some techs employed and looking busy. They can not solve the renewal problem. So beware do not purchase a magicjack unless you are prepared to buy a new one every year. My texting to magicjack was identical to yours.
