NOV.19 2018 RECEIVED E MAIL SAYING THAT THE PACKAGE WAS SHIPPED WITH TRACKING NUMBER WITH DHL.

NOV. 28,2018 TRIED TRACKING THE PACKAGE IMPOSSIBLE, CALL DHL RESPONSE THEY HAD NOT YET RECEIVED THE PACKAGE FROM MJ.

NOV.29 2018 FINALLY ABLE TO TRACK THE MJ IN IL. USA. I CALLED MJ ALL THE DEPARTMENTS POSSIBLE & IMPOSSIBLE, WROTE TO MJ CUSTOMER CARE RECEIVED E MAIL SAYING THAT SHIPPING TO CANADA (THIRDWORLD COUNTRY) IS 22 TO 25 DAYS THERE GOES THE POSSIBILITY OF RETURNING MJ YOU ORDER PRODUCTS FROM MEXICO CHINA EUROPE & RECEIVE THEM 3 TO 5 DAYS LATER. THE EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS SORRY BUT DO NOTHING TO HELP YOU. 2ND E MAIL TO MJ CUSTOMER CARE NO RESPONSE . THE ONLY MAGIC IN MAGIC JACK IS TO WATCH YOU GET SCREWED. IMPOSSIBLE TO GET AN ADDRESS OF THE HEAD OFFICE THEY GIVE YOU A PO BOX IN WEST PALM BEACH FL. THE PEOPLE WHO ANSWER THE PHONE ARE IN THE PHILIPPINES. FUNNY I WILL BE IN WEST PALM BEACH SO I WILL HAVE THE TIME TO FIND THE SCAM ARTISTS. SO DO NOT GET SCREWED DO YOUR MAGIC TO FIND ANOTHER OPTION.
