I agree. Cannot talk with a live person to resolve problem.

I want to cancel my service and can't figure out how to do it. I have had magicjack for about 4 months and cannot get a dial tone.

So, I have not used the service and just got an e-mail saying they were gonna charge my credit card $7.50 for 911 service. I don;t even use the regular service.
