I called to renew my Magicjack # I order a new device with 1 year prepaid service. I am assured my old number will be reactivated with my account.

I ask for a confirmation email. It arrives with NO confirmation on the # I requested. I call back and am LIED to again it is all taken care of. My device arrives I plug it in and my number is not correct.

I call back in and have conversation about returning the device or correcting the problem. I am told that it is resolved I try to use the phone it is telling me that my # has expired and to contact customer service. I find out this Rep alo LIED and decided to renew my account and charge for a year worth of service that I did not use. I cancel my service and can have REFUND if I return the product and then call in and have the opportunity to get LIED to again.

My ADVICE is to NOT DO ANY BUSINESS with these LING SOS. They LIE ABOUT EVERYTHING.
