Received notification we exceeded and violated the call amount for one day.Since only one call was made by us that day,we tried to rectify and correct the situation.

They refused to settle problem. They refused to substantiate their accusation and to reconnect service. Spent over three hours being bounced from one tech and supervisor to another without any co-operation. We kept getting cut off, They kept closing their sites.

We Contacted the Better Business Bureau and reported the incident.

Even though we requested an accounting of the supposed amount of calls made, the could not, would not do so.They flatly refused.

We had the same problem.We activated at 9:00 in the morning.

By noon the same day they suspended our service for excessive use. They promise a year and give you a day.

Then they wouldn't refund our money or reactivate our service.What a fraud.
