Purchased a Samsung washer and dryer on 1/28/18. When we purchased we were asked if we wanted to add the extended warranty for 4 years on both.

We elected to and were charged almost $400.00. Now when dryer is squealing we are told warranty was only on washer. This is not what we were originally told. We would never have purchased warranty on washer alone for $400.00.

Customer service reps were horrible just kep tranferring me to another person. I have purchased refrigerator that the ice maker doesnt work, wall oven that had to have the motherboard replaced in first year.... products are inferior amd Sears doesnt stand behind.

I will bash Sears to anyone that asks. This is the old “bait and switch” where yhey sell you a product then claim its not what u bought, VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER
