I putchased 3 MajicJack units.

The units would work the day I installed them (yes, I installed the 'updated' software) but, the NEXT day, I could not make or receive a phonee call.

I spent about 10-15 hours with their support staff -- that is WAY too much time. I spoke to my brother -- who lives out of my state -- he uses it, also, I found out. HE had been told to check for an additional phone line in his house -- he found one that he did not know he had.

I knew I used to have a second line, so I phoned the land line company to come and turn OFF the second line.

They did, and I installed the FOURTH unit. It is working fine.

NOW...if I can get MJ to Port my number from my land line service provider so I do not have to pay double savings with DOUBLE FEES!!!!
