we got the magic jack about 3 monthe ago.the first month was great probably due to it being the trial period.

since then it has been going downhill. the audible ih horrible. when we make or recieve a call everything is all broken up and not understandable. We have contacted the tech chat 4 days in a row and been on a merry go round everytime.

We tell the tech to read previous chat and they still insist on redoing what the previous tech had us do...then they transfer us to a higher tech , who is probably sitting next to them and they too want us to redo everything.

In the end we just wanted a replacement which we read needs to be approved by a tech, well it aint happening.We ended up contacting the BBB because obviously this company doesnt care and doesnt want to help out its customers.

Monetary Loss: $49.

bought magic jack a month ago just received it they keep taking money off of my debit card in the last week a total of 180.00 how much does this thing cost
