I submitted a formal complaint against magicjack/ymax with the BBB.

The device has no techninal support trying to cancel your service after 1 year is like pulling teeth.

Spent 2 hours in chat after a 2nd person took over that person stated i read your other chat,you want to renew your service is that correct?The 1st chat in trying to cancel and terminate service expired 11/05/2012 service is not into cancellations

Magicjack had very bad tech support and very poor customer service which is only limited to chat.

They keep mis understanding you even when in chat in excess of 2 hours!!!!

Im going to the Attorney General with a formal complaint.
