I had the magicjack for a couple of years now and it worked fine. When I heard about the PLUS, I decided to get one since I could use it without the computer being on.
Well needless to say, my 5 yr plan wasn't transferable. Since I got it, I cannot access my voicemail from an alternate phone line. I tried to use the call forward with it and got a recording saying my MJ # is not a working #. Is anyone else having problems with the PLUS?
I spoke to Chat Support, and they are CLUELESS. OMG These people just cut & paste from a script! I would love to post a copy of the script. They claim they do not have a live person to talk to, but they do.
