I originally purchased MJ about two years ago and have paid for five years service. I was completely happy until I ordered MJ Plus and could not get it installed properly nor get any satisfactory help from their so called " help" line. The persons obviously were not native english speakers and could NOT understand nor help with my problem.

I returned the MJ Plus and the following day got a SECOND one in the mail which I returned unopened.

Then I tried to use call forwarding and, lo and behold, the MJ Plus number that I had declined was the number that showed up. The "help" line again could not resolve the problem nor get my call forwarding turned OFF.

NOW, I can't even get the MJ screen to show up and am REALLY angry.
