Whether it's a question about billing or technical help, you can only "chat" with a MagicJack agent who usually does not understand or write English very well. There is no phone number to call.

I returned the device within the 30-day free trial period because it didn't work reliably. Sometimes it worked, sometimes not. When it did work, I got cut off in the middle of the conversation.

Now I can't get them to send a confirmation email stating they received the returned device because the emails are system-generated. MagicJack isn't worth the hassle!
