I have spent 3 hour yesterday trying to get help and no one can get the system up after I was disconnected when the service was still intact and paid for anther month.then I was transfer only to be sitting at 1 more person for 30 min.
then it was after hours and at no time did it say agents are not there to answer. This is terrible way to treat customers.
Then leave message on my phone thinking that the correct way to get a hold of me. If they can text me why not use the number to speak!
oh that right that cost more money!!!! For the right to speak to a person about how they are failing to cover what was paid for!!
