Ae Factory Service - Broke the refrigerator and STILL charged for 'service' call
This firm rec'd by G E for our refrigerator. Refrigerator was freezing vegetables, but otherwise OK.
Serviceman from A & E shows, says we need new sensors orders parts, takes $300 and leaves. Next day I notice the refrigerator is getting warmer as well as the freezer. 8 hours later it is obvious the refrigerator and freezer are no longer cooling anything and I have to remove food. I call and get an appointment for following Monday.
Monday comes and the service guy is a no show and re-schedule date is 10 more days. They refuse to issue a credit for the "service" call. The guy comes out, makes it worse, and it takes 2 weeks to get a repairman to repair what the first guy did?
They are bums. Stay away.
