You can purchase a new magicJack which is supported on Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, and Intel based Macs.

Chezka: On the other hand, we can replace your magicJack no questions asked within the warranty period as long as there is no physical damage. There is a $5 shipping and handling fee plus applicable administration and regulatory compliance fees for $5.39 only. The replacement device is a 2014 magicJack Plus device.

YOU WILL BE EXCLUDED FROM EXCHANGES THAT YOU CALL FREQUENTLY WITH A FAST BUSY SIGNAL. MY GUESS IS THEY TRAP YOUR MJ ID AND EXCLUDE EXCHANGES THAT COST THEM TOO MUCH!
BE AWARE!!!! WHEN YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY *** YOU AROUND AND TELL YOU THEY WILL SUBMIT IT AS AN ISSUE TO THEIR ENGINEERING DEPT AND YOU WILL GET AN EMAIL IN A DAY OR TWO - YOU WON'T!!!
I CALLED THEM ON THE CARPET ABOUT WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND THE HIGHER LEVEL SUPPORT PERSON DISCONNECTED THE CHAT SESSION. I ASKED FOR A PHONE NUMBER THAT SI COULD SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR AND WAS TOLD THEY ONLY SUPPORT ONLINE - AND IT IS FROM INDIA!!!
