My magicjack was hacked and support team wants to bill me

Hi My name is H . Jaoudi my magicjack no. Is 7133702764 . I had a problem with my unit and when i called help line of magicjack he asked for 150$ to fix the issue as he stated that my identity was hacked from my magicjack unit. I asked them to discontinue my magicjack and refund my payment but the staff claimed it was not possible. This is a very bad experience and im very disappointed. Thanks H. Jaoudi
