Resolved: Magicjack accused me of fraud!!
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Magicjack said that the companion app was hacked so they cut it off.
I still have their service until 11/25. The company apologized for accusing me of fraud.

Their service is worth less than 1 point
I have been a MJ subscriber for 8 years and experienced my first problem. My phone had a busy-circuit tone and I was unable to make calls.
I found that the electrical plug that cane with MJ+ was shattered. (I.m a solo resident and I was no where near it). Between sales and tech dept I was on the phone for more than an hour. Sales transferred me to tech to handle the problelm, Although I have 1.5 years if service prepaid, Tech's solution was that Sales should sell me a whole new magic jack plus and/or a new 5 V electrical plug.
(currently I'm using an adapter from my Waterpic).Insidentally, tho the recording says M J will call your back,Tech rep said they dont, Never had.
Magic Jack company doesn't appreciate loyalty. I.m shopping for a new VOIP from an honest company
